- Rashes, burns or other skin irritations
- Ear or sinus pain
- Cuts that have stopped bleeding
- Fever or chills
- Cold or flu
- Sprains
- Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs)
Emergency Room
Cedars-Sinai is a Level 1 trauma center. Emergency rooms are for anyone with a severe or life-threatening condition, such as:
- Chest pain or stroke
- Sudden confusion or weakness in the face or limbs
- Difficulty breathing
- Serious injury to head, neck or spine
- Bleeding that won't stop
- Severe burns
- Snakebite
- Bone breaks

Cedars-Sinai offers same-day video visits with a provider to new and existing patients for minor health conditions such as rashes, UTIs and more.

Primary Care
Your primary care physician (PCP) manages your overall health. Your PCP is your first line of support and can:
- Be available for consultation online or by phone
- Schedule a time to see you in person
- Coordinate care with a specialist
- Direct you to urgent care or the ER as needed
