The Cedars-Sinai BEST Mentorship Program

Formal nurse mentorship, like the BEST program, increases staff satisfaction, supports retention efforts, promotes professional development, builds trust and facilitates goal-driven partnerships that benefit both the mentor and mentee. The Cedars-Sinai BEST Mentorship Program provides mentors to individuals that otherwise may not have the connections to find a mentor. The BEST Mentorship Program offers our nurses mentoring opportunities in:

  2. NEW GRADUATE RN RESIDENCY—Supports New Graduate RNs
