Cedars-Sinai offers psychiatric services to patients to help with emotional health issues that may arise during cancer and its treatments.

Our Psychiatric Services team works closely with our Clinical Social Work team to help patients navigate the emotional landscape of cancer when psychiatric medications might help, or if patients have previously diagnosed mental health issues impacted by cancer and its treatment.

We Can Help With:

  • Assessment of emotional issues
  • Referrals for talk therapy
  • Medication management of these issues in the context of cancer treatment, if warranted
